They are a Lambda Fellow in Poetry, a Ragdale Fellow, and a Windy City Times 30 Under 30 honoree, and their work has appeared in Boston ReviewCourt GreenDIAGRAM, PANK, and elsewhere. Originally from Glade Spring, Virginia, they now live in Edgewater.

Samina Hadi-Tabassum

… is the author of Muslim Melancholia (Red Mountain Press, 2017). Her poems and short stories have appeared in Tin House, K’in, riksha magazine, Bending Genres, and elsewhere. She holds a PhD from Columbia University and teaches at Erikson Institute in Chicago.

Gina DeLuca

… is an essayist and cartoonist whose work speaks to the American zeitgeist. She has read previously at Steppenwolf Theatre, iO, The Annoyance, Tuesday Funk, and elsewhere. Her writing has appeared in The Rumpus, Points in Case, and The Belladonnas. She has an MFA from Washington University in St. Louis and lives in Rogers Park.

Tom Silva

… is a filmmaker, writer, and musician whose work has been featured at the Montreal World Film Festival, in Rolling Stone, PBS, iTunes, and by the Art Institute of Chicago. His short stories have appeared in The Nashwaak Review, The Bombay Review, and Witness.
