Lisa Fishman
is the author of seven books of poetry, including Mad World, Mad Kings, Mad Composition (Wave Books, 2020), 24 Pages and other poems (Wave, 2015), and The Happiness Experiment (Ahsahta, 2009). Her first story collection, World Naked Bike Ride, was published by Gaspereau Press in 2022. Her work has appeared in Granta, Guesthouse, jubilat, Denver Quarterly, and elsewhere. She is a dual U.S./Canadian citizen, lives in Wisconsin, and teaches at Columbia College Chicago.
Juan Martinez
… is an associate professor at Northwestern and author of the story collection Best Worst American (Small Beer Press, 2017). His latest work, the horror novel Extended Stay, is forthcoming from University of Arizona Press in 2023. He lives in Highland Park with his wife, the writer Sarah Kokernot.
Sara Levine
… is the author of the novel Treasure Island!!! and story collection Short Dark Oracles. Her work has appeared in Conjunctions, The Iowa Review, Necessary Fiction, and elsewhere. She teaches at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
